Vegan Food in Solihull 2024 – The Ultimate Guide

There really is loads of vegan food in Solihull, if you know where to look, and I’m excited to tell you all about it!
I go there regularly and I knew there was plenty but until I started this list I didn’t realise exactly how much.
If you’re after fully vegan restaurants, Solihull isn’t the place, but if you’re looking for a vast choice of vegan options I have a long list for you.
Solihull has some independent restaurants but it’s also home to many chain restaurants. The good news is that these days most chain restaurants are offering some pretty good vegan-friendly options on their menu.
There are 28 places on my list so I’ve split them into four groups:

Vegan food in Wagamama Solihull is abundant. About 50% of their menu is vegan!
You can get rice dishes, noodles dishes and noodle soups as well as many delicious tasty vegan sides, all with a Japanese and South Asian flavour. Check out their menu.

Find Tap and Tandoor on Google Maps
Vegan food in Tap and Tandoor Solihull gives you the perfect mix of both pub vibe and tasty Indian food. They have a separate vegan menu, so this makes things simple. There are vegan options for pretty much all the main things you’d expect to see in an Indian restaurant. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Zizzi Solihull is a wonderful choice for Italian-loving vegans. Their vegan menu is amazing, you can get pretty much anything you want. From a choice of vegan pizzas to pasta, meatballs, and lasagne, as well as some great sides like garlic bread and sweet potato fries. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Kibou Solihull is a top choice for the sushi lover. Or if you’re after any other popular Japanese food, they serve vegan ramen, bao buns, tempura, poke bowls and katsu curry. Their choices are more than sufficient to keep any vegan happy. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Slug & Lettuce Solihull gives you pub grub with a bit of class. I’ve put this into the date night section but it could probably go into family-friendly and pub-grub too. They have small plates, a sharing platter, curries, burgers and pasta. So, enjoy one of their delicious cocktails while choosing what you fancy. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The Delhi Solihull is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a traditional curry house. They sell delightful smelling and tasting Indian food. Their vegan choices are clearly labelled. There’s a choice of a few different curries, starters and sides Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Turtle Bay Solihull gives you a taste of the Caribbean. If you fancy trying something a little different this could be the perfect spot. They have vegan breakfast, lunch, dinner and puddings. There’s so much to try on their menu including some fresh Buddha bowls, jerk tofu and curries. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Alioli Solihull is a great way to get that Spanish feeling. The vegan options are clearly labelled on the menu, you have a choice of some small bites and vegan tapas. A great spot for a light meal and a glass of sangria. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Cote Solihull gives you an interesting experience of both French cuisine and vegan food. Not a normal combination. They’ve veganised some traditional French dishes such as onion soup, celeriac fricassee and beet tartare. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The Funky Bear Solihull is great because of how much choice there is. Whatever they offer, they seem to offer a vegan option too. They have vegan pizzas, burgers, wings, tofu and chips, desserts and more. And a pretty extensive drinks list too! Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The Beech House Solihull is really just a great all-rounder. You can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the choices are endless. From brunch to pizzas, salads and desserts. It’s a great place to either sit in their beautiful restaurant or garden. Check out their menu.

Find TGI Fridays on Google Maps
Vegan food in TGI Fridays in Solihull is really improving. I remember dismissing this place after I became vegan because their options just weren’t there, but now that’s simply not the case. They have beyond burgers, tacos, fajitas, quesadillas and sides a-plenty. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Pizza Hut Solihull is exactly as you’d imagine – perfect to get your pizza fix. While Pizza Hut was a little slow off the mark they’re now making up for it with their vegan options and they keep adding more. There’s currently a choice of 5 vegan pizzas and an option to build your own, as well as a couple of flatbreads and sides too. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Nando’s Solihull is always a family favourite. For years this has been a popular choice for family groups or a casual date night. And it was always great for vegetarians but recently they’ve upped their vegan game too. They have a chicken mock meat option for their wrap, burger and pitta and chickpea burger option too. Vegan food in Yakinori Solihull is a great option as a family-friendly Japanese choice. With plenty of vegan options and a kid’s menu, everyone is happy. They offer a lot of different types of vegan sushi as well as bao buns, ramen soup and curries. And that doesn’t even scratch the surface, there is so much to pick from. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Boston Tea Party Solihull is perfect if you’re looking for a vegan-friendly breakfast or lunch. It’s also a great place to bring the children with a kid’s menu available. They have full vegan breakfasts as well as sandwiches, burgers oh, and some cakes too. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Jamaya Solihull gives you a little taste of some Jamaican flavours. While there aren’t a lot of vegan options it’s a good choice if you’re in the mood to try something different like callaloo stew or a jerk salad. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Pizza Express Solihull is limited but the good news is if you’re going out and everyone else fancies Pizza Express, you’ll still have an option or two. It’s not the go-to place for vegans though. Check out their menu.

Find Paramo Lounge on Google Maps
Vegan food in Paramo Lounge Solihull is a winner. Anywhere you find a ‘Lounge’ you’re onto something good. They have a full vegan menu and it regularly grows. It is pub-grub technically but it’s definitely on the nicer end. You can get a beyond burger, tapas, salads, curries, amazing breakfasts and so much more. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The Mason’s Arms Solihull is the perfect balance of pub and food. It feels like a real pub-pub, but it also serves quality food. As for vegan options, there aren’t loads but enough. There are a few starters, two burgers, a wrap and a salad to choose from. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in O’Neill’s Solihull is great with a beer and a match on the big screen. Their food is the same as The Mason’s Arms that I just spoke about above. The biggest difference is this is the perfect spot to go to watch some sport too. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The Flute & Flagon in Solihull is nothing fancy but if you’re looking for simple pub food it’s a good choice. There are plenty of vegan options the prices are more than fair, so, sometimes it’s a winner. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in The White Swan – Wetherspoon Solihull is exactly what you expect from Spoons. They are nothing if not consistent. Sometimes Wetherspoons can be overlooked. But for me, they do a great job at what they do and they have absolutely loads of vegan options. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Pret A Manger in Solihull is perfect if you want to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. There are porridge, sandwiches, wraps and salad bowls with plenty of vegan options to pick from. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Subway Solihull is growing all the time. I remember back in the day the cheese wasn’t even vegetarian now there is a selection of vegan subs to choose from, as well as the option of building your own. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in McDonald’s Solihull is a quick and easy answer if you’re looking for some reliable fast food. Now, I’m sure I don’t have to tell anyone what McDonald’s is, but if you’re not sure about the vegan options then you might be surprised. They offer the McPlant – a mock meat burger, a veggie wrap and veggie dippers. Check out their menu.

Vegan food in Burger King Solihull is taking lead in the vegan fast food race for many. They have a vegan Whopper and a vegan Royale (Just check for sauces). They also have vegan nuggets. Check out their menu.
