The Best Cruelty-free and Vegan Body Moisturisers and Lotions in 2024

Cruelty-free and vegan Body Moisturiser

Last updated on December 13th, 2023

If you’re looking for a cruelty-free and vegan body moisturiser or lotion to help nourish and hydrate your skin then you’re in the right place!

I’ve created this list of cruelty-free and vegan body moisturisers and lotions to help you find the right one for you.

Cruelty-free and vegan body lotion should be for everyone. Not only can you feel guilt-free using it because it keeps the animals out of it, but it will also do wonders for your body. The job of a body moisturiser is to help our skin absorb moisture and lock it in to keep our body soft and smooth…and who doesn’t want silky smooth skin?

When it comes to body lotion, it’s not a one-size-fits-all situation.

We’re all looking for something a little different. Some want something light that absorbs quickly before climbing into bed while others may want an intensive body moisturiser that gets to work on the driest of skin. Then there are those who feel a lotion with anti-ageing ingredients wouldn’t go a miss, and there are even some that fancy a body lotion that doubles up as a fragrance to give them a soft scent for the day.

Whatever you’re looking for check out this list and I’m sure you’ll find the perfect vegan body moisturiser for you.

2. Ayumi Turmeric & Shea Butter Body Lotion

Anti-ageing Body Cream

Okay, I said it but I don’t mean it. The only thing that really works for anti-ageing is a time machine.

But this Body butter from Ayumi does have key ingredients, that can help your skin feel fresh and at its best, such as turmeric and shea butter.

3. The Greenhouse Luxury Body Lotion – Noble Isle

This botanical fragranced vegan body lotion from Noble Isle is vegan and cruelty-free. Its name gives it away, it smells like a British greenhouse in the summertime. It is easily absorbed and suitable for all skin types.

5. Creightons Body Bliss

Vanilla and Macadamia Vegan body moisturiser

This super affordable body lotion is from Creightons. Creightons is a cruelty-free company that makes mostly vegan products and this moisturising body lotion is vegan, of course.

It’s a highly-scented cream and if you love the smell of vanilla as much as I do you’ll love it. But be careful though, I don’t think it’s good for sensitive skin.

Dr Organic’s vegan vitamin E body lotion is great if you really need to show your skin some extra love! It’s extremely hydrating and moisturising. It’s made with natural ingredients and is paraben and SLS-free.
