e.l.f. Putty Primer – Review – Vegan and Cruelty-Free Budget Primer

Looking for a budget primer that actually works as a primer should? Then e.l.f. Putty Primer is the one for you. It’s vegan, cruelty-free, budget-friendly and is actually good! So, it’s certainly the one for me!
Don’t let the price tag fool you, just because e.l.f. Putty Primers only cost between £9 and £12, they work just as well as some of the expensive brands I’ve used.
e.l.f have a selection of different vegan and cruelty-free primers available such as:

- Cookies ‘N Dreams – Silky Primer

- C-Brightening Primer
- Acne Fighting Primer
- Blemish Fighting Putty Primer (my favorite)
The reason e.l.f’s Blemish Fighting Putty Primer is my favourite is because it goes on so smoothly and leaves a silky feeling that I’m a little obsessed with. It has a green colour in the tub but it goes on clear, so it doesn’t alter the colour of my foundation.
And of course, the important part, it reduces the redness of any spots and makes my skin look more even. Also, my makeup sits evenly on top and lasts all day, everything you want from a primer.
Oh, and it isn’t just working while it’s on, it helps calm my skin leaving it looking smoother and feeling super nourished.
Would I Recommend e.l.f. Putty Primer?
Yes, I would absolutely recommend e.l.f. Putty Primer. At this price, it’s a no-brainer really.
As I said e.l.f’s Blemish Fighting Putty Primer is my favourite but the good thing is they have a selection available so you can choose the one that suits you best.
