4 Amazing Places to Get Vegan Sushi in Birmingham:

Find Sushi Passion on Google Maps

Okay, I’m going to start with my favourite; Sushi Passion. I’ve already written a post especially about this place because it’s so good, if you want to know all the details check it out here- Best Vegan Sushi in Birmingham – Sushi Passion

But I’ll keep it brief in this post. The only downside to this place is that I can’t afford to eat there every day. It’s quite a classy place and the sushi isn’t cheap, but for good reason… it’s divine!

I’ve been here 3 times and each time it seems to get better. The sushi is so fresh and tasty.

There’s a good selection for vegans. On the menu, you’ll find a vegetarian page where most of the options are vegan-friendly. And if you’ve any questions the staff know exactly what you’re looking for when you ask for it to be made vegan. Some of the vegan options are Inari, futomaki, and temaki, and there’s even a set with 18 pieces so you can try a bit of it all.

If you’re looking for vegan sushi in Birmingham and want to treat yourself I couldn’t recommend this place more. But the place is quite small so it’s best to book your table in advance. Check out Sushi Passion’s menu here.

Find Kyoto Sushi & Grill on Google Maps

I’ve no idea why it took me so long to try this place, but I’m glad I finally did, it’s centrally located and has plenty of vegan sushi options along with some other vegan-friendly dishes and it’s just a nice place to go out for dinner.

Kyoto Sushi & Grill - Vegan Sushi Birmingham

They have an all-you-can-eat style menu where you can order as many times as you like for the same price. While they do have a number of vegan options I did find ordering from the regular menu worked out better value because there is, of course, a lot vegans can’t eat. Some of the vegan sushi on offer are nigiri, maki and temaki. Also with the sushi options they also have other sides and veggie dishes.

Check out the vegan options on Koyoto Sushi & Grill’s menu here.

Find Wasabi Sushi & Bento on Google Maps

Wasabi Sushi & Bento is in New Street Station in Birmingham and it’s so easy to find. No matter where you’re going in Birmingham this place makes it easy to grab some vegan sushi.

Here you can buy premade sets, but everything is still pretty fresh and of great quality, you can tell it’s all been made that day.

A lot of people here go here to grab their dinner or lunch for takeaway but there’s a decent amount of seats so you can grab your food to go or sit in and enjoy it.

The great thing about this place is that they’ve so many vegan options, and they’re all clearly labelled. You can choose from a selection of different vegan sets, including xalmon – vegan salmon! You can get all the normal sushi rolls too, if you go early in the day you’ll have a huge choice.

They don’t only sell sushi here, they also offer hot bento boxes, soups and salads, all with vegan options.

Find Yo! Sushi on Google Maps

You can find Yo! Sushi in Grand Central and in Selfridges in the Bullring, so again, it’s really easy to get to.

Of course, here you can experience the novelty of the revolving service. The food comes around on a conveyor belt. This is fun, but not always great for vegan options or for vegans’ peace of mind. But it’s all good, you can also order from the menu.

Here we are spoiled for vegan options such as maki, inari, temaki, and a few different types of rolls. And they don’t just offer sushi you can also get noodles soups and curries.

What I love to do when I go here is get a little bit at a time. It’s a nice place to spend a bit of time and try all the vegan options.
